Walking among the historical buildings at the Central Greenough Historical Settlement is like stepping back in time.
The character stone buildings are remnants of a once thriving community of pioneers who developed the area at the turn of the 19th century.
The settlement is surrounded by farming land and includes a stylish new café/restaurant and tourist information. The settlement itself comprises 11 restored historical buildings, of which nine are accessible to visitors.
Buy a ticket to all three historical museums (Greenough, Lighthouse keeper's cottage and Walkaway) and save!. Tickets available at the Geraldton Visitor Centre.
Location: Just down the Brand Highway, 4.5km south of the Greenough Pioneer Museum.
